- Execute the Global Compensation monthly and quarterly financial reporting process for FY2026
- Identify and execute efficiencies and automation in Global Compensation financial reporting processes
- Update Global Compensation standard operating procedures and other documentation
- Support financial reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, and performance management for employee benefit and compensation programs
- Contribute to governance, internal controls, documentation, and audit-ready evidence across monthly and quarterly Finance processes
- Identify opportunities to improve templates, documentation, automation, and process efficiency while maintaining data integrity and control effectiveness
- Work with experienced colleagues and participate in the TD student community
- Attend leadership talks, Lunch and Learns, training, and networking activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field
- Intent to return to school at the end of the work term
- Enrolled or planning to pursue a CPA designation, or committed to a career in Finance Transformation
- Financial acumen and orientation toward curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Detailed-oriented and quick to apply new concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various seniority levels
- Ability to build effective collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Ability to operate as a working lead on assigned initiatives
- High standards for quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in a team workplace
- Employees must reside in Canada, where the role is located
Demonstrates strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and planning, with a focus on process efficiency and automation. Capable of building collaborative relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
