In this role,



you’ll be the owner of programs that make work meaningful; managing projectsthat align individual goals with organizational priorities while fostering a culture of inclusion, growth, and recognition. You’ll support employee experience initiatives including employee listening, onboarding, recognition, and performance management.What you’ll doProgram Management : Design, implement, and manage programs and processes to improve the employee experience, including project management, vendor management, content creation, communications, and program analytics.Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and p rovide guidance to HRBPs to support successful adoptionOnboarding : Develop and implement a core onboarding experience for all employees .Recognition : Manage our internal recognition platform and lead r e cognition initiatives.Performance Management: Manage performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations.Culture: Support a revitalized culture by embedding Superior’s values in all programs and initiatives.Inclusion: Support inclusion initiatives as needed.Mentor : Act as a mentor to the Talent Performance & Experience SpecialistTechnology Enablement:



Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs.Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.What you bringBachelor ’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field required. Master’s preferred.3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions .Working knowledge of different philosophies around talent management and employee experience, and a practical approach to implementing best practices .Experience in multi-site and multi-national organizations preferred .Work Location:Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office location in the greater Cambridge, ON area.
