Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Position

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Credit Application Analyst to join our client.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: $20.65 per hour

Location Type : Hybrid: 4 days a week onsite

Rotation Hours : 8 am to 7 pm, 1 Saturday every 4-5 weeks (Schedules out 1 month in advance)

Responsibilities

- Providing operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function including submission quality and document compliance with a Customer Centric mindset.




- Support Sales Channel by reviewing / updating / and analyzing all credit documentation for accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Accountable for completing a range of responsibilities associated with Real Estate Secured Lending products, involving single to multiple steps across several systems and applications.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of credit documentation review and regulatory compliance
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal communication)
- Previous experience in a Banking, Financial Institution, or corporate setting
- Ability to read, interpret, and handle confidential banking documents related to real estate transactions
