This Term position is crucial for overseeing the lifecycle of Indigenous learners, from recruitment to retention. You will work closely with faculty and Indigenous communities to ensure student success, support programming, and connect students to vital resources. Solid advocacy for Indigenous students in a culturally respectful environment is a key focus of this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide outreach and support services to Indigenous students • Act as liaison between students and support services • Advocate for Indigenous students’ needs • Develop resources to support student success • Coordinate Indigenous student programming activities
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • Minimum two years of experience with Indigenous communities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with MS Office Suite • Valid Driver’s License
