We are hiring for multiple Capital Markets Project Manager opportunities within a leading Markets Transformation / Regulatory Program team for a financial client based in GTA

These are business-facing Project/Program Management roles focused on driving complex regulatory, risk, transformation and data initiatives across Capital Markets. Candidates should bring robust Capital Markets domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

The Opportunities

1. Capital Markets Transformation / Regulatory PM

- Lead cross-functional regulatory and business transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Front Office, Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, governance and senior stakeholder communications.
- Strong Capital Markets and trade lifecycle knowledge required.

2. Capital Markets Data / Regulatory PM

- Lead business-facing data transformation and regulatory initiatives.
- Work across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Product Control and Technology.
- Strong understanding of data management, data governance and data structures.
- SQL, Jira and Confluence preferred.

3. IMA / Market Risk PM

- Lead delivery of Internal Models Approach (IMA),



FRTB and Market Risk initiatives.
- Strong experience delivering IMA components such as ES, NMRF, RFET, PLAT and/or HVaR highly preferred.
- Experience with derivatives trading, risk and P&L; flows is a strong plus.
- Must be comfortable engaging with senior business and risk leadership.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of relevant Capital Markets experience; 8+ years preferred for senior roles.
- Proven Project/Program Management experience delivering complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, trading and regulatory environments.
- Experience working with Front Office, Risk, Finance and Technology stakeholders.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive delivery.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with FRTB, IMA, Market Risk, Regulatory Capital or other regulatory initiatives is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's/PMP preferred.
