Real Food for Real Kids, 115 Saulter St. South, Toronto, Ontario, CanadaJob DescriptionReports To: Logistics Manager, Logistics SupervisorWork Hours: Morning: Monday to Friday 6AM - 2PM or Afternoon: Tuesday to Friday 10AM-8PMWage: $21.00/hourThe PositionAs a member of the Logistics team, the Super Driver ensures that all deliveries depart on time and arrive at their destinations on schedule, while adhering to the highest possible health and safety standards. As the face of the company, you act as brand ambassadors to all clients, parents, the public and fellow drivers.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliveries & Customer ServiceLoad vans according to delivery manifests, assisting fellow drivers as needed.Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on‑time deliveries.Complete deliveries accurately, following all service steps and special instructions.Communicate any issues or route changes to the Logistics Lead.Uphold RFRK’s Customer Service Standards in all interactions.Support & LogisticsAssist with dispatch by resolving issues or helping other drivers complete deliveries.Perform additional deliveries or pick‑ups as assigned.Sort and organize delivery equipment, ensuring readiness for the next dayOther duties as requiredVehicle & Equipment MaintenanceMaintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area daily.Conduct daily vehicle inspections, checking lights, signals, and general condition.Check fluid levels weekly and report any mechanical issues immediately.Clean and store delivery bags, Cambro equipment,
