Early-stage pharmaceutical seeks articulate and organized individual for part-time administrative work. ~20 hr / wk with guaranteed floor pay (per month) and hourly compensation above 20 hrs.DutiesMaintaining scheduleof various foundersScheduling meetingsappropriately with clients, vendors, and functionariesWritingemailcorrespondences which can include complexoperational logistics ,vendor management ,technical forms/documentation, and administrative trackingGrant proposal review & proofreadingMiscellany, such as: taking pictures of sites / warehouses, social media outreach, etc.Be available for occasional work needing to be carried out on a weekend or outside of traditional business hours (rare, still within 20 hr / wk)Minimum qualificationsBachelor's or equivalent; genuine writing abilitywithout using AI as a crutch is prioritised over formal training (necessarily)Ability to learn quicklyProfessional demeanour and attitudeDesired qualificationsPrefer Bachelor's degree in thephysical sciencesorpure arts(e.G.literature )Familiarity with any of the following:pharmaceuticaldevelopment, Canadianlaw, business, or manufacturingExposure toacademic grants-- writing or reviewingBilingualism (Mandarin,
or others)Valid ON driver's licenceThe ideal candidate for this position will have self-direction, a high attention to detail, and be able to embrace change and ambiguity; candidates expecting a role with repetitive action or well-defined parameters will be disappointed. If you're the mom friend or the natural event planner in your friends group -- if you naturally colorcode your notes, or make a spreadsheet for a vacation, just as part of your personality -- we want to hear from you.Duties may vary in both category and frequency, so please be prepared for (or better yet, enjoy) a startup setting. Though not necessary, a candidate that has some interest inchemistryorbiomedical technologywould find themselves enjoying the role more, as well!Compensation dependent on education level, experience, and closeness of fit to desired background; range$2,500 -$3,500/mofor20 hr/wk(guaranteed regardless of actual hours worked),prorated at $30 - $45/hrfor additional hours each week as needed.It is possible to hold a separate part-time job or attend school while performing the functions of this role.
