This hands-on management role will involve supporting collection operators and enhancing safety and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include training drivers, managing daily dispatching, and handling labor-related initiatives while fostering a culture of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operational processes and support drivers • Oversee collections operations and truck dispatching • Implement driver training and health & safety compliance • Handle current hire onboarding with HR • Complete required operational reporting daily
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in logistics • Valid DZ/AZ license with air brake endorsement • Proficient in MS Office; Excel knowledge is a plus • Strong time management and organizational skills • Familiarity with geography of serviced areas
