At BeyondLandscaping, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to manage job sites from start to finish. This leadership role involves coordinating work, ensuring safety, and being the in office contact for clients. You’ll be responsible for training apprentices while also having the freedom to make critical decisions, all within a supportive team framework.
Key Responsibilities: • Run job sites from layout to cleanup • Lead and direct a crew of 2 to 5 • Act as the customer's on-site contact • Ensure jobs stay on schedule and budget • Train apprentices and enforce safety standards
Requirements: • Proven leadership in running job sites • Valid BC driver’s license for towing trailers • Strong skills in hardscape, concrete, carpentry, and more • Ability to read plans and execute them • Organized and calm under changing conditions
