Location:CHANEL Toronto Head OfficeReports to:Retail Operations ManagerContract:Fixed-term, full-time (6 month contract)Your Role @ ChanelAs the Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support the key operational initiatives and programs across Chanel Canada boutiques. You will work cross-functionally with boutique teams, retail management, and corporate partners.Retail Operations & Change LeadershipSupport retail operationsCollaborate with boutique teams to identify operational improvements.Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to maximize adoption of new processes, tools, or standards.Act as a liaison between boutiques and head offices, ensuring local needs are addressed and best practices are shared.Retail ExcellenceMaintain all recent and existing operational processes and ensure boutique alignment.Scaling solutions that optimize both front of house and heart of house operations.Participate in boutique operational activities, launches, inventory management, asset protection, and compliance projects, driving a culture of accuracy and vigilance.Monitor the rollout of existing & new technologies, systems, and tools to elevate boutique operations.Strategy & InnovationPartner with boutique management to implement strategies that reduce risk, control costs, and improve the overall customer and employee experience.Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative solutions, piloting new ideas, and sharing learnings broadly.Leadership & InfluenceOrganize and facilitate regular project update meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and momentum.Serve as a role model for adaptability, resilience, and positive changeCollaboration & CommunicationEnsure clear, timely, and effective communication of status updates,
