This is an excellent opportunity if you are a proactive, solutions-focused individual looking to grow your career in a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment with a leading-edge construction company.What You'll DoLead end-to-end management of multiple glazing and building envelope projects, ranging in scale from $100K to $10MReview and develop project budgets, tender documents, and cost-tracking systems to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate closely with internal teams, clients, fabricators, consultants, and glazing installers to coordinate project execution, contract administration, schedule development, material selection, and field logisticsInterpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure the proper installation of curtainwall,



window wall, structural glazing, railings, doors, and canopies, all in compliance with applicable codes and technical requirementsDevelop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, schedules, and material delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with production and site activitiesCoordinate procurement and timely delivery of custom glazing systems, aluminum framing, and specialty components. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule expectations are metManage, mentor, and delegate tasks to supporting team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and accountabilityOversee project coordination including change orders, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and quality assurance documentation in alignment with construction workflowsUtilize platforms such as Jonas, Bluebeam, Excel, Adobe, CAD/SketchUp, and project management software to plan, track, and report on project progressLead site meetings and progress reviews, proactively resolving field issues to ensure timely resolution, clear communication, and client satisfactionEnforce strict safety protocols, compliance standards,
