Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performing routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret technical data.
- Perform basic repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment and ensure proper tool care.
Requirements
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, preferably with a technical focus.
- A strong interest in automotive mechanics and a desire to learn.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is advantageous.
