Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience working in dealership environments preferred. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Mechanic will utilize a range of tools and technical skills to deliver high-quality service and support customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose mechanical issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical knowledgePerform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and other vehicle systemsConduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacementsUse hand tools, power tools, welding equipment,



and assembly techniques to complete repairsInterpret technical manuals and schematics to accurately identify problems and solutionsAssist with vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standardsMaintain detailed service records for each repair or maintenance task performedEnsure work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocolsProvide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearlyRequirementsProven mechanic experience, preferably in a dealership or automotive service environmentStrong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems and componentsProficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics readingAbility to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair tasksExperience with automotive repair including engine work, assembly, and maintenance proceduresKnowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting techniquesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills for effective customer interactionsAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environmentPay: $23.55-$48.58 per hourWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
