We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Technology Client Support Services team which provides deskside support to AHS facilities in Southern Alberta. This deskside analyst position provides technical support for computing devices, printer devices, peripherals, desktop applications, mobility devices and other technology and applications, to a variety of users across the different departments. This position is predominately an onsite, hands‑on technical support role, but may also involve resolving issues and requests remotely. There will also be opportunities to work with colleagues across Alberta on a more provincial scope. This position also investigates more complex technical problems for which existing precedent is not currently available and will sometimes involve escalating the issue to more senior staff or a specialized technical team for resolution. The successful candidate must be able to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of clients.
