Maintenance Team Leader - Static is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services for assigned facilities. The Maintenance Team Leader - Static is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. Initiates documents to obtain formal approval of work requiredCoordinates and assists in the implementation of preventative maintenance program. Ensures that deficiencies are identified, recorded and escalated, and that related documentations are maintainedCoordinates and participates in facility-related projectsOversees and maintains all assigned tools and arranges for repair and replacement where required.
