About the Opportunity

Are you ready to move beyond routine support and take true ownership of an enterprise-grade SAP environment?

At Stella-Jones, we are modernizing critical infrastructure products. As part of our digital transformation, we are rolling out SAP S/4HANA on RISE and establishing our internal SAP Center of Excellence (CoE).

We are looking for a senior SAP PP/MM Business Analyst to take the reins of our Production Planning and Materials Management landscape. In this high-impact role, you won't just configure systems—you will act as the strategic architect bridging IT and operations, leading the evolution of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes across our manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do

- Lead S&OP; Transformation: Partner directly with operations and supply chain leadership to evolve our planning practices from siloed demand/supply balancing to a mature, integrated, cross-functional S&OP; model.
- Architect & Configure: Translate complex manufacturing and procurement workflows into scalable functional designs. Execute hands-on configuration across SAP PP (Work Centers,



Routings, BOMs, MRP) and SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation).
- Drive S/4HANA Rollout: Play a pivotal role in the ongoing deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of S/4HANA across the organization.
- Bridge IT & Operations: Collaborate closely with Business Experts (BE), plant planners, and external AMS partners to align operational realities with SAP best practices.
- Integrate & Innovate: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between PP, MM, SD, FICO, and future roadmap tools like SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with proven expertise in both PP and MM modules.
- S/4HANA Experience: Practical experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
- S&OP; Maturity: Strong conceptual and practical grasp of Sales & Operations Planning; proven experience guiding an organization through adoption.
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain Acumen: Deep familiarity with plant operations, material flows, bill of materials (BOMs), inventory controls, and demand planning.
- Communication: Strong communication skills in English with the ability to translate technical architecture into explicit,



business-friendly language across cross-functional teams.
- Bonus Points: Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or prior experience within heavy manufacturing, forest products, or process industries.
