ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring roles within the distribution centres across Canada, as well as, keeping up to date on legislation that impacts recruiting. This role is responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to allow the business to achieve its company goals and objectives.As the first point of contact, this role provides a professional, welcoming, and informative candidate experience that reflects the company values.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Work closely with hiring managers to determine hiring needs for hourly and entry level salaried positionsSource candidates using a variety of search methods to build a strong candidate pipeline for both hourly and entry level salaried employeesMonitor internal and external careers sites to ensure all postings are current and activeScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and perform phone screeningsEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations across CanadaParticipate in Career and Job Fairs and collaborate on Recruitment initiativesMaking job offers and preparing and sending out the offer packageWork with HR team to facilitate orientation and onboarding on current employeesOther projects or duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:Completion of degree from a recognized post-secondary school specializing in Human Resources1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentMust be bilingual in French and EnglishProven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding,
