Insurance Advisor -Strathmore- 12 month contract As an Insurance Advisor, youare responsible fordelivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch. Here is what a typical day looks like You will support customers with policy inquiries, changes, and updates via phone, in-person, and email Every day you willassistcustomers with their home and auto insurance needs, providing guidance and support throughout their policy lifecycle You willmaintainaccurateand up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation and transactions are completed efficiently Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and follow-upsin a timely manner Provide administrative support by managing customer requests, documentation, and internal workflows Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding items and ensurea seamlesscustomer experience Collaborate with team members to ensure service standards are met and branch operations run smoothly Identifyopportunities to refer customers foradditionalproducts or services based on their needs The value you bring You do not need experience; if unlicensed,
