We are looking for a technician to join our building mechanical team in the Montreal area (Montreal, Laval, or Longueuil). This role focuses on the design of building mechanical systems and involves participating in the design of plans and models, carrying out surveys, and assisting our engineering team with project realization in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and hospital sectors.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in building mechanical design (plumbing, heating, and ventilation)Carry out field surveys and plan surveysProduce drawings and models using AutoCAD and REVIT softwareEnsure compliance with norms and standards for drawings and modelsMake site visits to carry out surveys or supervise workParticipate in calculations and equipment searches under the supervision of the project engineerAssist in the production of plans and specifications, and process and analyze dataQualificationsCollege diploma (DEC)
