The Opportunity With 70%+ of the Canadian enterprise retail pharmacy market captured, MedMe is expanding our focus to converting more independent pharmacies, concentrating on pharmacies within our partnership banner networks. This is a high-volume, store-level sales role with fast cycles. Most of the selling happens remotely, over calls and demos, though you should be willing to get in front of owners in person when that's what it takes to close. You'll work a large pipeline of independent pharmacies, selling MedMe's core platform together with our add-on AI agents. You'll also be the voice of the customer inside the business. As you spend time with pharmacists, you'll bring their feedback back to our product team to help us continuously enhance our products. About MedMe Health At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America. What You'll Do Sell MedMe's core platform and AI products into independent pharmacies store-by-store, with a focus on stores inside our existing banner network partnerships Run expansion sales into stores already live on MedMe, growing adoption across our platform and AI products Run a high-volume, field-based sales motion across a large addressable base (~3,000 stores) Build direct relationships with independent pharmacy owners and operators Track and report on conversion velocity Support our banner relationships and priorities Bring the voice of the customer back to our product teams, feeding real pharmacist input into what we build and improve next About You Experience in high-volume, field or store-level B2B sales, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare,
or retail-adjacent SaaS Comfortable with a large-volume, 'many small deals' motion rather than a handful of large ones Strong relationship-building skills with independent business owners Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a large pipeline Bonus: existing relationships within independent pharmacy banner networks Bonus: experience selling add-on or expansion products post-initial-sale Success in This Role Looks Like 30 days: You're ramped on MedMe's product and the banner landscape, and your first outreach is underway. 60 days: You've closed and gone live with your first independent pharmacies. 90 days: You're closing new stores at a consistent pace, running expansion into the accounts you've won, and bringing customer feedback back to our product team. Long-term: You've turned this into a repeatable motion, consistently hitting your numbers quarter over quarter, with a growing book of independent pharmacies expanding onto our AI products.
