The mission of the Retail Sales Team is to provide outstanding service to our customers and become ambassadors for the Moe's, Sundays and Hetta brand at our newly renovated Terminal Showroom located at 1728 Glen Drive in Vancouver.Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, the Design Consultant will bring their passion, eye for design, and genuine desire to help our customers transform their homes, while exceeding sales expectations in a strong team environment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide sincere, friendly, and energetic customer service by exemplifying world‑class service standards.Maximize company sales growth and profitability using creative selling skills, teamwork, and customer service, delivering an engaging experience to every customer, every time.Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase profitability.Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits and remain up to date with our growing array of products.Motivate self to stay accountable to individual sales and service goals, asdeterminedby store management.Maintain robust relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers.Support and activelyutilizecustomer acquisition methods available to the store.Assistin implementation and maintenance of visual merchandise presentation and signage.Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards.Promotea strong senseof teamwork by working together effectively, respectfully,
