The Coordinator will report to the VP of Human Resources and assist the HR team in various tasks including employee relations and payroll management. You'll coordinate recruitment efforts for full-time and casual positions, partner with operations for staffing new store openings, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate follow-ups • Support onboarding and training documentation for new hires • Maintain employee records and HRIS updates • Track HR metrics related to recruitment and terminations • Collaborate with business leaders on HR-related solutions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related fields • 1-2 years of HR experience in retail or comparable environments • CPHR designation or in progress is an asset • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Dayforce, UKG) • Advanced Excel skills with solid attention to detail
