In your day-to-day we would expect at least:First principles, systems led, development of designs, simulations, systems and aircraftBe an integral part of the team, projecting positive behaviours and influence onto the teamPossess an in-depth knowledge of the standards and specifications appropriate to the disciplineChallenge the status quo, bring recent ideas to improve engineering quality, productivity and timeliness of deliveryEnforce standards, ensure rigor, resilience and continuous improvement in design solutions, meeting all regulatory requirements, conforming to specifications, quality and requirements within schedule and budgetAct as a project integrator and interface between project management and other engineering teamsStay up to date with,
and implement the latest developments in your fieldDrive the continuous improvement of our processes to increase safety and efficiencyQualificationsWe are looking for people that will have the following qualifications and experiences: Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a role from aerospace or automotive, having worked across all phases of the lifecycle. Ideally you would have hands on experience with systems development or test, and you will have familiarity with eVTOL Certification regulations from the TCCA, FAA, and EASA.About Your Future TeamAs part of the team, you will tackle challenges and deliver something that has never been done before.
