Reporting to the Host Capacity Lead, your mission is to qualify host families and ensure they meet our established standards. This full-time role (up to 30 hours weekly) comes with a competitive hourly wage between $24.00-$26.00. You will be responsible for conducting interviews and managing data integrity for host documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person interviews with prospective hosts
• Validate conditions of host family environments
• Ensure compliance with documentation and protocols
• Promote the Host program using your interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with local community and colleagues
Requirements:
• Strong sales and interpersonal skill set
• Excellent conflict resolution capabilities
• Organized mindset with attention to detail
• Full valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with international student demographics
