The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.This is a 12-month contractInitial Posting Close Date – May 7, 2026About This Opportunity Reporting to the Supervisor, Equipment Services Operations, the Equipment Planner is responsible for reviewing work orders before scheduling and dispatching calls for Cooler Movers, Fountain Installers and Field Technicians. They are also responsible for updating and maintaining an accurate customer database, monitoring volume, and executing plans to meet customer expectations for local customers. The Equipment Planner must have excellent communication skills as they collaborate with department Managers, Field Service Supervisors, Account Coordinators, Sales,



and Customers.Responsibilities Oversee the dispatching of planned equipment service callsMonitor the Dispatch Grid to ensure productivity and efficiencyMaximize delivery efficiencies and driver safety through proper load distributionSelect outlets for service based on standard scheduling guidelines and include local considerations (Collective Bargaining Agreement) in Technician workdayAccurately process and schedule Customer Service Tickets within designated milestonesReceive inbound emails and calls from the Technician or Field Service SupervisorHandle customer escalations, providing resolutions to the customerHandle inbound customer calls for movement requestsPerform customer readiness for equipment installationsReview equipment move orders to ensure accurate information and all required documents have been submitted (EPA)Act as a contact between internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Ops., MRC, FSV, and Field Service) for escalations and investigationReport on equipment and service activities and other functional areasOversee equipment service projects and initiativesCreate Purchase Orders (POs) in SAPQualifications High School Diploma or GED required1+ years of customer service experience assetKnowledge of Canadian geography is an assetSAP and Salesforce experience an assetStrong communication skills by email, phone, in personAbility to problem-solve and multi-taskCan work independently and in a team settingWhy work with us?
