The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product recommendations,



all while utilizing industry‑standard tools to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, detail‑oriented, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
