What You Bring15+ years' industry experience in commercial construction or equivalent.15+ years' leadership experience managing cross‐functional design teams.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks; ERP systems knowledge is a plus.Knowledge of custom ceiling design (fiberglass, metal, wood) is a strong asset.Proven ability to lead meetings, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment.Excellent communication, organizational,

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
