OverviewReporting to the Family Support Supervisor and/or the Executive Director, the Family Support Worker will work collaboratively with parents and their children to provide support within the program and to foster the necessary parenting skills to successfully reunify and thrive independently in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain a trusting relationship with both parents and their childrenMeet regularly with parents and their children to support physical, emotional, mental & spiritual needsKeep accurate records and reports of each family’s progressObserve and assist parents to maintain a safe & healthy living workplace within their apartmentCommunicate needs, concerns,
