As a Team Lead, you will provide group leadership and technical expertise to student support counsellors. This role requires planning and monitoring the daily routines of students in a lodging environment, while coordinating schedules for lodging staff. You will also implement engaging programs tailored for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor student support counsellors effectively
• Plan and monitor student routines in lodging
• Coordinate staff timetables for optimal efficiency




• Organize and implement specialized programs for students
• Perform duties in alignment with team leadership
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in child care or equivalent experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Training in Crisis Prevention and Behaviour Management
• Experience working with Deaf students
• Excellent communication skills in English and ASL
