The Finance Business Partner (FBP) provides leadership, direction and implementation, including development and execution of operational plans, that align to the strategic plan and health authority priorities and directives. The Business Partner demonstrates strong leadership to enable an cutting-edge and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Business Partner (BP) must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The BP will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners. Human Resources Exemption:

No Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)





Other Education and Training Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Bachelor of Finance is acceptable
