Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers via walk-in, phone,
and email • Determine customer needs and recommend suitable rental equipment • Process rental contracts and manage reservations accurately • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and check for equipment condition • Educate customers on safe equipment use and basic maintenance
