North Bay Regional Health Centre is seeking a Case Worker within the Nipissing Crisis Intervention team to support individuals with addictions and mental health concerns. Working in a multidisciplinary setting, you will promote safety, recovery, and a smooth transition to longer-term supports.

You will conduct community/home visits, coordinate with supports and community partners, and apply psychosocial rehabilitation, motivational interviewing, and CBT-informed approaches to care.
