Key Responsibilities:
• Program aerospace components using CATIA V5 for 5-axis machining • Validate G-code with Vericut Machine Simulation software • Develop electronic work instructions for operators • Participate in problem-solving for production efficiency • Implement creative macros to enhance programming speed
Requirements: • Diploma in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering Technology • 5 to 10 years of experience in NC programming • Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes • Proficiency in GD&T; and technical drawings • Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
