Receive, sort, and process premium wine grapes
Track fermentation processes and maintain records
Engage in blending trials and wine evaluations
Support planning and execution of harvest activities
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the cellar Requirements:
Five harvests required in a commercial winery
Educational background in Oenology or related field
Solid wine tasting and assessment abilities
Experience with cellar equipment operation
