In this engaging position, you will play a key role in designing and implementing activities that cater to the needs of our residents, including those facing dementia. Your creativity and passion will help foster community spirit through interactive leisure programs.

You will maintain communication with all stakeholders, including families and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of meaningful activities
Encourage resident participation in leisure and social programs
Keep accurate records of attendance and evaluations




Communicate events to residents and their families
Oversee volunteers and students in their roles

Requirements:
A caring and energetic individual committed to working with seniors
Degree or diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies or related field is an asset
Experience in recreational programming tailored for seniors preferred
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to arrange transportation for residents to activities
