This role focuses on creating and implementing diverse recreational programs under the supervision of the Activity & Volunteer Manager.

You will work hand-in-hand with volunteers and staff to tailor activities that meet the unique interests of residents, fostering their involvement and well-being. Solid communication and organizational skills are critical in this position as you promote a positive atmosphere for everyone involved. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate activities tailored to resident interests
Collaborate effectively with staff and volunteers




Maintain accurate program and participation records
Involve residents in programming decisions
Ensure adherence to safety policies at all times Requirements:
Degree or diploma in recreation and leisure studies
Previous experience with seniors in a care setting
Robust interpersonal skills
Able to manage stress and maintain a positive demeanor
