Lead swim lessons at Splash N’ Learn, ensuring quality and safety in a nurturing workplace. You'll supervise instructors and cultivate a fun atmosphere for kids to learn and grow. As a Swim Program Supervisor, your role will be vital in supporting aquatic and management teams. You'll oversee lessons while guiding instructors to maintain high educational standards. Your ability to foster a positive environment will make all the difference in our children's swim education. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise swimming lessons ensuring program consistency
Perform duties as an Instructor/Lifeguard when necessary
Review lesson plans and swimmer evaluations regularly
Communicate class changes promptly to the team
Maintain records of pool usage and safety incidents Requirements:
Previous experience in swim instruction needed
Current LSS Swim or Red Cross certifications required
Standard First Aid certification must be current
National Lifeguard or Assistant Lifeguard award essential
