Embark on a hands-on journey as an Apprentice Mechanic at Green Infrastructure Partners, focusing on maintenance and repairs of essential construction equipment. This role combines in-shop tasks and field service opportunities.In this role, you will report directly to the Shop Supervisor while mastering equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. You should hold a 421A Certification and be prepared to handle various repairs both in the shop and at remote service sites. Your tools are a must for success.Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair construction equipment in office
- Participate in on-call shifts for winter operations
- Conduct equipment maintenance in the shop
- Perform adjustments and overhauls as necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members and clientsRequirements:
- Experience with construction and aggregates equipment
- Certification 421A and personal tools required
- Clean driver’s license and good driving record
- Familiar with hydraulic and mechanical systems
