Your role will involve essential communication and reception services to support patients and staff. This position requires robust verbal and written communication skills. You will operate the telephone exchange, assist clients and staff, and handle clerical tasks like data entry. The role also includes maintaining patient records and facilitating emergency communications, all within a team-oriented setting that values patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Operate the computerized telephone exchange for incoming calls
Maintain patient arrival lists and register records
Provide clerical support through typing and data entry
Locate personnel using pagers and public address systems
Respond to patient and emergency inquiries effectively Requirements:
Grade 12 and 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to type at 45 w.p.m. or faster
Proficient in medical terminology
Robust organizational and communication skills
