Your role ensures a secure and secure setting for residents and staff alike. This position requires effective coordination of shifts, timely updates to the Master Schedule, and the communication of absenteeism reports. Engage closely with the Director of Care to manage staffing needs efficiently. Your contributions will help create a comfortable living space for our residents, echoing AgeCare's values of dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities:
Manage staffing and scheduling needs for nursing staff
Update daily staffing changes and master schedules
Acquire overtime approvals from the Director of Care
Track attendance and absenteeism effectively
Report recurrent absenteeism to the Director of Care Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Post-secondary education is a plus
Must be able to maintain CPR certification
No previous Canadian work experience necessary Make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors at AgeCare.
