In this role, you will safely manage snowplow operations, perform routine equipment maintenance, and maintain detailed service records. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication for optimal team performance. Key Responsibilities:
Operate plow wing and combo units for road clearing
Conduct routine equipment maintenance and cleanliness checks
Maintain accurate hours and safety reports
Perform pre and post inspection checks on equipment
Report maintenance issues to the supervisor Requirements:
Experience driving in winter and off-road conditions
Valid Class 1 or 3 license and clean driver’s abstract
First Aid Training certification
Ability to work versatile shifts and be on-call
