Apply Now!Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Intermediate Change Manager - Operational Risk/PROSCI/Banking specializing in Operational Risk and PROSCI methodology. This position involves managing organizational change initiatives within the Enterprise Risk Management framework, supporting non-financial risk programs to ensure seamless execution and compliance.Pay rate range (CAD): $57.97/hr – $69.57/hrResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end change management activities for assigned initiatives, including planning, execution, and closureDevelop and deliver all change-related artifacts to support project successIdentify, assess, and mitigate change risks associated with regulatory, process, and technology updatesEnsure all change initiatives adhere to the bank’s non-financial risk management standards, policies, and governance frameworksIntegrate risk and control considerations into change design and implementation processesPartner with business units, technology teams, compliance, and other risk stakeholders to provide guidance and challenge across multiple projectsSupport risk governance, approval processes, and reporting for significant change initiativesManage competing priorities effectively to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectationsAdapt swiftly to complex risk topics and evolving requirements to inform decision-making and stakeholder engagementDesired Skill-Set6+ years of project management experience,



with a proven track record in leading change initiatives4+ years of change management experience, ideally within a financial or regulated environmentStrong understanding of risk management principles and frameworksPostsecondary degree in a related fieldAdvanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation deliveryStrong analytical skills to synthesize complex information into clear insightsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting prioritiesNice to HavePROSCI Change Management CertificationPMP (Project Management Professional) CertificationPrior experience in the financial industryExperience delivering executive-level presentations and communicationsBeachHead is an equal chance agency and employer.
