fit and usage.The incumbent works closely with orthotic/prosthetic technicians and provides direction/supervision for technical aspects within the fabrication of orthotic/prosthetic device/appliances.The incumbent participates in team conferences, clinic reviews and consultation with physicians, suppliers and funders as required.The incumbent ensures quality fabrication, adjustments/fit for optimal client satisfaction and outcomes, working closely with technical/support staff to ensure smooth service delivery.The incumbent participates in/responsible for orthotic/prosthetic internships/residency and training of new technical staff.The incumbent is responsible to complete assigned tasks within their qualified scope as assigned by clinical senior/manager to ensure smooth, effective delivery of orthotic/prosthetic services.Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.RequirementsGraduate of accredited orthotics program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
