Aramark is recruiting a Nutrition Manager for a long‑term care home located in Kleinburg, ON. The Nutrition Manager is responsible for directing, planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the food service department to ensure the nutritional needs of each resident are met within established budgets and existing legislative parameters. Daily interaction occurs with other department heads and employees, residents, families, and contractors.Aramark Canada is proud to strengthen its commitment to nutrition and healthcare support services with the acquisition ofNutra Services, a trusted brand in food service and nutritional care for long‑term care homes.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the Food Services department in conjunction with direct reports and coordinate food service activities to meet the nutritional needs of residents in accordance with budgets and legislative parameters.Adopt Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends.Educate teams on key levers to improve margins.Bring value through effective operations, cost controls, and profit management.Follow Operational Excellence fundamentals by maintaining food and labour initiatives.Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of P&L statements.Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations relating to health, safety,
