From mental health and addictions to housing, justice, and employment, we offer a full spectrum of accredited services that make a real difference.About the RoleFunded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, Employment Ontario services are available to assist both job seekers and employers.As an Employment Consultant, you will:Develop employment opportunities for clientsProvide employment and training needs assessment and case managementDevelop Service PlansProvide instruction, individual support and advocacyFacilitate workshopsComplete reporting requirementsCollaborate with local training providersWork with local employers to provide placementsMonitor client’s employment retention for 365 daysSchedule & CompensationMonday to Friday 10:00 a.M. to 6:00 p.M. with 1 shift every other week 12:00 p.M.
