Job SummaryWork Location: Oakville, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5Pay Range: $115,600 - $163,200 CADKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver high‑value customized guidance on tax, estate and overall wealth planning to high net worth (HNW) and ultra‑high net worth (UHNW) clients of TD Wealth.Provide professional financial, tax and estate planning support and solutions to qualifying TD Wealth clients.Assist advisors and relationship managers with business development, opportunity spotting and revenue generation.Execute TD Wealth’s high net worth strategy and act as a subject‑matter expert for estate or tax planning in partnership with Wealth Advisory Services.Develop and maintain solid relationships with TD Wealth advisors, relationship managers and business leaders.Prepare customized wealth plans based on information from HNW clients and their relationship managers.Conduct independent research to ensure all client retirement, tax and estate issues are addressed and stay current on wealth‑planning developments.Spot, anchor, introduce and follow up on opportunities for complementary businesses and solutions.Track and report on the outcomes of delivered wealth plans and new business generated.Assist Wealth Advisory Services team members with preparing comprehensive wealth plans.Promote PWM partners and services.Participate in client meetings and deliver client educational seminars as needed.Ensure service levels maximize profitability, minimize costs and protect TD Wealth from financial losses and reputational risk.Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.Qualifications & RequirementsUndergraduate degree; advanced professional degree (e.G., CPA or LL.B) preferred.Certified financial planning designation an asset (e.G., Financial Planning Title delivered by IQPF).Tax knowledge and expertise in holistic financial planning.Minimum 10 years of personal tax experience gained at a law firm, accounting firm or financial institution.A self‑starter capable of working independently and providing high‑quality services to clients.Excellent people and relationship‑building skills.Strong communication, presentation, time‑management and organizational skills.Experience with CCH FP Solutions and Voyant.Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).Benefits & CompensationBase salary range of $115,600 - $163,200 CAD with variable compensation.
