Job Title: Transaction Processing Officer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 4 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Summary of the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing a list of transactions and ensuring that transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

The role involves repetitive transaction-processing work, with a robust focus on accuracy, productivity, organization, and meeting established requirements.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Review transactions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Track productivity and completed work.
- Perform repetitive transaction-processing activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Manage workload independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Identify and address issues as required.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Must-Have Hard Skills

1. Strong Excel skills
2. Familiarity with Excel macro processes
3. Strong MS Office Suite skills
4. Excellent communication skills




5. Strong business maturity
