Key Responsibilities
Independently manage complex legal issues
Train and develop junior lawyers and legal staff
Advise senior stakeholders on legal implications

Requirements:
Law degree from an accredited university
At least 7 years of relevant legal experience
Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
Experience in EPC and EPCM negotiations
