Establish coaching standards aligned with governing bodies
Implement performance analysis and development sessions
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of coaches
Manage tryout structures and player evaluations
Foster community engagement through mentorship programs Requirements:
High Performance 1 certification preferred
Extensive coaching experience at the elite hockey level
Expertise in Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta frameworks
Robust organizational and leadership skills
