Enhance customer experience as a Service Technician with Eastlink in Bonnyville, Alberta. This role involves troubleshooting service issues while focusing on superior customer service. As part of an expert team, the Service Technician will work in-field and at the office to detect, resolve, and fix service problems affecting the delivery of Eastlink’s telecommunications solutions.

Identify and troubleshoot service problems effectively
Maintain outside plant networks efficiently
Provide excellent customer service to client inquiries




Attend in-house technical and safety training regularly
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety practices Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized Electronics program
Relevant repair and maintenance experience preferred
NCTI or SCTE training considered an asset
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
